Refund Policy

If you purchase a defective Nestlings product, or perhaps one that is not up to your reasonable satisfaction, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a credit for future purchases or an exchange (less shipping). Custom orders may not be returned unless it is defective. We will do our best to make you happy with your purchase, but we cannot be responsible for ordering errors. Please contact us for exact measurements and color samples to be sure you will receive exactly what you expect. Our goal is to create something you’ll love and we want to be fair and help you in any way we can.

Shipping Policy

Hate to wait? Yep, me too I’m all about “instant gratification”.  In-stock items are shipped the following business day.  Custom orders are finished and shipped in 5-10 business days.  Delivery confirmation will be emailed when your order has shipped.  If you need an order rushed please contact us prior to your purchase, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, international shipping is available.  Please contact me for a shipping quote.  International packages are shipped on Thursdays and I’ll email you to let you know your items are on their way.

The majority of our packages are shipped by FedEx ground or USPS when appropriate.

Sales Tax

Pesky I know but it helps to keep the great state of Texas running . . . 8.25% tax is added to Texas residents.

Payment

Shopping checkout is provided by PayPal which provides you with a safe and secure way to pay with your credit/debit or check.  If you prefer to mail a check please contact me for the mailing address.  Please note there will be a delay of 3-7 business days to allow time for checks to clear before shipping.
